The Guthrie County Art Council’s retail location in Guthrie Center, Art on State, recently wrapped up a successful holiday season.
Co-president Lynsi Pasutti says the retail opportunities at the non-profit location continue to grow. “We’ve got just about anything you can think of, whether it’s jewelry, pottery or a painting. You name it and we’ve probably got it. Gifts are anywhere from a couple of dollars for a photography card to a couple hundred dollars for a custom painting.”
With Valentine’s Day coming up, Pasutti says Art on State is a great place to find a gift for your loved one. The store is run entirely by volunteers and all proceeds go toward the council’s mission of providing local artists a spot to display and sell their work.
