100+ People for Perry Informational Meeting Tonight
A reminder to anyone wanting to know more about the 100+ People for Perry program that will launch next month, an informational meeting is being held Monday.
As we’ve reported, the group invites all area individuals to join them in pledging to donate $100 each quarter to a local non-profit that will better the quality of life in Perry. Four times per year, the group will meet and randomly select three people to present on behalf of their organization or project and then vote on the effort they feel is most deserving. The selected project will then receive $100 cash from each group member.
Monday’s meeting takes place at 7pm at La Poste, with doors opening at 6:30.
