Iowa law forbids individuals with a concealed carry permit from carrying a loaded weapon while riding an ATV or snowmobile. State Representative Clel Baudler says the natural resources committee is currently discussing that law. He believes the law is too strict in limiting people from being able to legally carry weapons on their own property. “That law’s been interpreted way out of bounds.”
