The trial for a former Casey city clerk accused of misappropriating hundreds of thousands of dollars and then setting City Hall on fire the day before an audit has been delayed.Dorothy Dillinger’s trial was originally supposed to start Monday at the Federal Building in Des Moines, but it has now been rescheduled to take place in May.
She is charged with five counts of mail fraud and one count of malicious use of fire.
