Jordan Farshid Allen, age 30 of 1805 Ashworth Rd., West Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of theft.

Victoria Moon of Austin, Tx., was traveling west on Interstate 80 near the 118 mile marker when she lost control of her vehicle and entered the ditch.  While waiting for an officer she was struck by a vehicle driven by Kara Larson of Sumner, Ia.  Larson lost control of her vehicle, went into the ditch and struck Moon’s vehicle.  Moon was evaluated by Waukee EMS.  Damage to Larson’s vehicle estimated at $3500.00 and $10000.00 to Moon’s.

Patrick Quaid of Urbandale was west bound on Hickman Rd. when he was stopped at the intersection and was struck by a vehicle approaching the same intersection driven by Erika Anderson of Des Moines.  No injuries reported. Damage to Anderson’s vehicle estimated at $2000.00 and $3000.00 to Quaid’s.

Candi Coffin of Perry was traveling west in the 22000 block of Highway 141 when she hit a patch of ice and slid into the ditch.  No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $5000.00.

Kristi Lynn Lehman, age 33 of 450 Laurel St., Waukee was cited and released at 450 Laurel, Waukee for driving under suspension.

Joel Francis Moots, age 22 of 10627 Elmcrest Dr., Clive was arrested at 23312 360, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
