The Guthrie Center and Adair-Casey boys basketball players will be teammates by the time next basketball season begins. Before, that happens, the two squads will clash in first round Class 1A District 14 postseason action. The Tigers will host Adair-Casey on Monday, February 15th at 8 p.m. The winner will clash with Paton-Churdan at Manning later that week. Guthrie Center and Adair-Casey haven’t played a boys basketball game since Valentine’s Day of 2014, when the Bombers won 41-32 off a 17 point effort from Emmitt Wheatly in Adair.
