The Stuart City Council will meet tonight. They will hear a presentation from the City auditor on the City’s audit for fiscal year 2015.
Additionally, representatives from Shaw-Belden Insurance will present information about the City’s property insurance renewal.
Plus, the Council will set two public hearings to approve the fiscal year 2017 budget and bid letting for the EMS building project.
Additionally, Kading Properties will make a proposal for a new housing project and Sundance Incorporated for a development agreement.
The Council will also vote to approve the sale of an old fire truck, make appointments to the Historic Preservation Commission and receive a code enforcement report and City Hall computer and technology update quote.
Finally, they will vote to amend the revised code of ordinances, review an amendment to a development agreement with S&C Properties and discuss the 2015 wind turbine contract income.
The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. inside of City Hall.
