All local 4-Her’s showing livestock at the Guthrie County Fair, Iowa State Fair and Ak-Sar-Ben are reminded that they must be Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) certified.

Guthrie County Extension Office Coordinator Vicki Frohling says FSQA training will take place February 23rd from 6:30-8:00 p.m. in the Community Building at the County Fairgrounds. Additionally, FSQA testing will take place February 23rd and 25th from 3:00-4:30 p.m. at the Extension office in Guthrie Center.
