With Valentine’s Day coming up on Sunday, Greene County has a lot to offer for everyone.

Chamber Tourism and Events Coordinator Angie Pedersen says there are several choices for gift ideas for your loved one.

“There’s no need to leave town to find something for your sweetheart when you’ve got Royal Jewelers and Printer’s Box, all these fantastic places right down here on the square.”

When it comes for restaurant and other places to eat, Pedersen points out that Greene County can cater to everyone’s favorite foods.

“We’ve got so many things just around the square and not to mention outside of the square where you can go to Bet and Bev’s (BBQ). Here on the square you can hit up Doc’s (Stadium Bar and Grill), Homestead (Coffee and Bakery), Peony (and) Angie’s Tea Garden. We’ve just got a ton of choices.”

Pedersen encourages everyone to stay and enjoy everything locally during Valentine’s Day.
