The Greene County Board of Supervisors met on Thursday.
The Board approved a road paving project to Wick’s Construction Incorporated from Decorah for $639,518.62 to pave three-quarters of a mile on Trinity Avenue and 125th Street in Paton as presented. The Board also approved a letter of support for the Greene County Historical Society to apply for a grant for another building on the fairgrounds, along with approving the final privacy policy for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
Finally, the Board reviewed the 2017 fiscal year budget and set March 7th as the public hearing date, along with a public hearing to amend the 2016 fiscal year budget.
