Perry is once again preparing to host the Iowa Bike Trail Tourism Conference later this month.
The theme is New Trail Opportunities and it takes place at the Hotel Pattee on Thursday, March 31st.
Hosted by the City of Perry, Iowa State University and Common Thread the event will focus on helping current businesses and those considering opening businesses along or near the trails to reach and more customers and increase economic potential.
Shawna Lode with the Iowa Economic Development Authority will serve as the event’s keynote speaker and four panels with local experts will speak to attendees.
Registration is $20 per person, which includes lunch and conference materials.
