As the spring draws closer and closer, it will appear as though ADM track won’t be the only sport effected by the outdoor facilities project.

Both the girls and boys soccer teams will be forced to call a different site home while the current outdoor facilities at ADM high school are under construction for upgrades. Unlike the track teams however, the ADM soccer teams will have the luxury of being relocated to just one site for the upcoming season, and as activities director Reece Satre explains, it will still be in the comforts of Adel.

“With the facilities upgrades and remodeling here in the spring, all of our home games for both girls and boys soccer will take place at Island Park in Adel. The city and the local soccer club were kind enough to use the facility. Excited to still be playing in town,” explained Reece.

It will still be some time before Island Park will see an ADM home game as the first contest at Island Park won’t be until the varsity boys soccer squad squares off against Carroll on April 4th.
