Members of the state champion Panorama High School boys golf team recently attended the Iowa High School Golf Coaches Association clinic at Iowa State University in Ames.

Head coach Hal Rossow says the team is grateful to have taken home two awards from the ceremony. “I was lucky enough to win Class 2A Coach of the Year and a main reason for that was one of my athletes, Will Babcock, won Class 2A Player of the Year. He was also State Champion. We enjoyed that.”

The Panthers’ quest for a second consecutive state title begins with their first practice on Monday.
