The West Central Valley girls track team represented one of the smallest schools in attendance at Monday’s Dickinson Relays at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls. Although, they competed against many large class schools from some of the state’s biggest metropolitan areas, the Wildcats still held their own. Many West Central Valley student-athletes competed well Monday, but one notable performance was that of thrower Grace Dupuy, who set her PR in the shot put and was only five inches from breaking the school record.

The Wildcats will be back on the road when they travel to Buena Vista University’s indoor meet next week in Storm Lake.
