The ADM girls track team put up one of their best performances of the indoor track season yesterday as they ran in the Central College meet at Pella. The Lady Tiger track team will now head into their outdoor season on a high note thanks to some strong performances from returning state qualifiers Brianna Mueller and Maggi Bjustrom, along with freshmen Sadi Juergens.

ADM had two girls crack the top 5 in the 800 meter run as senior Brianna Mueller took the top spot with a time of 2:26.89 and Sadie Juergens who earned 4th with a time of 2:39.36. Both girls had a second helping of success as Mueller also took first in the 1500 meter run with a time of 4:59.70 while Juergens took 6th in the 400 meter run with a time of 1:06.79.

Fellow senior and returning state qualifier Maggi Bjustrom also joined in with a top ten performance of her own as she took home a third place finish in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 9.75.

With the meet at Central College done and over with so too is the fate of the indoor season for the Lady Tigers as they now await the start of their outdoor season which will commence on Monday, March 28th.
