An international children’s art exhibit is coming to the Warren Cultural Center in Greenfield.
The Pentel International Children’s Art Exhibition will mix art from around the world with five award-winning pieces created locally by Nodaway Valley students. Local student artists featured include Aubrey Van Otterloo, Eve Griffiths, Carl Bicada, Jennifer Holiday and Jena Younker. A reception to open the exhibit and congratulate students will take place Sunday, April 3rd at 2 pm, at the Cultural Center. The display will continue through April 18th and is free to attend. It will be open Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm.

The Guthrie Center School Board will meet Monday night.
They will approve bills, financial reports and a resolution to participate in the ISL program.
Plus, the Board will discuss elementary technology, negotiations, student assessments, personnel, roof bids, driver education fees, senior trip and the 2016/17 school calendar.
Additionally, the Board will review two early retirement requests.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. inside of the high school library.
