Former Panorama thrower Shelby Lane is in the middle of her first track season at Dubuque University. Lane will try to continue her success at the college level, in high school she was a four-time state qualifier, four-time district champ and Drake Relays qualifier. The Dubuque University track team begins their outdoor season with a trip to Wartburg on April 2nd
