The defending state champion Panorama Panthers golf team has officially begun their title defense, beginning practice last week. Head coach Hal Rossow says his boys didn’t look perfect, but could’ve been much more rusty. “Not too bad, but not that consistent yet, which can be expected. It was technically our first week of practice, but with the nice weather some of our kids have been out for a couple of weeks. The guys are shooting good, we’ve just got to work some of the kinks out.”

Rossow says his squad may have to work on some indoor drills this week, with the threat of nasty weather on Wednesday and Thursday.
