Parents of incoming freshmen in the Greene County School District are encouraged to attend an informational meeting next week.

Some of the topics that will be covered include understanding how high school credits work, graduation and course requirements, expectations and tools for a successful high school experience, eligibility requirements for activities, looking at different ninth grade schedules. The meeting is designed to help parents make a smooth transition for their child to high school.

It will be at the high school auditorium from 6:30 to 7:30pm on Tuesday. No pre-registration is necessary.
