Mass of Christian Burial for Lois Carstens age 82 of Perry will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Perry. Visitation will be on Monday, April 11, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with family present from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. followed by a Vigil Service to be held at 7:15 p.m. at the Carris Family Funeral Home in Perry. Burial will be in the St. Rose of Lima Cemetery at Denison, IA at a later date. Memorials will be given to St. Patrick’s Catholic Church and may be left at the Carris Family Funeral Home. She is survived by her 3 sons, Michael Carstens, Minburn, IA, Richard Carstens, Waterloo, IA, and Jeffrey Carstens, Des Moines, IA, daughter, Kerry Carstens, Des Moines, IA, 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren,  and brothers, Bob Kruse, AZ, and Larry Kruse, Harlan, IA.
