Those looking to restock their bookshelves are invited to the Friends of the Jefferson Library Spring Book Sale.
Library Director Jane Millard says the fundraiser will be from this Thursday through Saturday during the normal business hours in the library basement. There will be all types of books for sale, along with DVD’s, CD’s, puzzles and puppets. Millard appreciates all those who attend the book sale.
“If you come to the book sale and purchase those books, you are supporting the library and we thank you so much for your generosity in both donating books and coming to the book sale. But I’ll remind you that when you purchase books from the book sale, you get all the time in the world to read those, we don’t stamp a due date in those.”
Proceeds from the book sale go to the Friends for purchases for the public to use at the library.
