A deputy was dispatched to the 100 block of State Street in Scranton to investigate vandalism to a vehicle and the theft of a truck battery.

A deputy checked an abandoned vehicle along the roadway on Highway 30 near Eaton Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
