The Guthrie Center City Council will meet tonight.

They will hear a public awareness update from Utilities Director Erick VanCura and meet with Paula Mohr from the State Historical Society to consider becoming a Certified Local Government.

Additionally, the Council will vote on resolutions for Main Street support and agreement, and approve a development agreement with Guthrie County State Bank.

Plus, they will appoint a Councilor to the Main Street and Emergency Management boards, open bids for downtown alley overlays and discuss office personnel.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. inside of the City Clerk’s office.
