stuart cityThe Stuart City Council will meet tonight in special session.

They will hold public hearings and vote on resolutions to enter into a general fund emergency utilities loan agreement for an amount not to exceed $400,000, a general obligation urban renewal loan agreement not to exceed $650,000, accepting a bid on vacated portions of a street right-of-way and alley, authorizing a development agreement with Kading Properties and authorizing the sale of real estate at 100 Northeast Second Street.

Plus, the Council will discuss the rescue unit bus barn and municipal infraction bids.

The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. inside City Hall.
