The ADM and Greene County girls both shot 217 for nine holes on Monday at the Jefferson Community Golf Course. Heath Telleen coaches the Rams and he said the conditions were good, but his team did not play its best golf, and he’s hoping for better tomorrow at the Heart of Iowa Activities Conference meet at the Cedar Pointe Course at Boone.

Greene County sophomore Rachel Danielson was meet medalist for the nine-hole event at 46 and ADM’s Nicole Bever was runner-up at 52. Other scores for the Rams were 53 from Nicole Rohner, 57 for Katelyn Hagen, and 61 by Kaitlyn McColley.

The Greene County boys play golf today at the TCI Course at Polk City in the HOIAC Tournament. It’s an 18 hole event hosted by North Polk.
