A Celebration of Life service for Traci Davis, 36, of Lake City, will be Wednesday at 2 pm at the Lake City Union Church.  Burial will be at a later date.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Lampe Funeral Home in Lake City.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left for a scholarship for her children’s education.  Survivors include:  Husband, Mitch of Lake City.  Children, Savannah and Mia of Lake City, Tyler of Davenport and Jessica of Anamosa.  5 grandchildren.  Parents, Ted and Connie Smith of Lake City.  Brother, Jeremy Smith of Cheyenne, Wyoming.  Sister, Theresa Johnson of Holdrege, Nebraska.
