Perry freshman Natalie Martinez enjoyed a four point night as Perry upset Ballard in Raccoon River Conference girl’s soccer by a final score of 5-4.  Martinez secured the hat trick late in the game giving the Jayettes the victory.  Martinez now has 22 goals on the season. She added an assist on the first of two Grace Marburger goals.  Marburger’s performance was critical for Perry’s success as the talented junior had scored just one goal in the previous 10 games.  Sydney Guerrra added an assist as well.  Freshman goal keeper Carly Anderson made five saves in the net for Perry.  The Jayettes improve to 6-5 on the season while Ballard falls to 6-2.  Please click on the link below for a complete box score of last night’s action.
