The Panorama girls track team is highly competitive heading into today’s state-qualifying meet at Treynor, compared to the field. Morgan Johnk is the fastest, and Miranda Mleynek is third fastest in the 100 meter hurdles. Devyn Kemble is fourth fastest, and Faith Powell fifth fastest in the 400 meter run. Additionally, Powell has the fastest 400 meter hurdle and Kemble is fifth fastest. Plus, Bailey Beckman has the fourth longest long jump, Johnk has the highest high jump and Lydia Knapp has the furthest discus throw. Finally, Panorama is strong in the relays, too. They have the fastest 4×100 meter shuttle hurdle relay, 4×400 meter relay and 800 meter medley relay. Their 4×200 meter relay is second fastest. Today’s meet begins at 4 p.m.
