A deputy was advised of an abandoned vehicle that was experiencing mechanical problems on Oakland Avenue near 222nd Street. The car was later repaired and removed from the roadway.

Two deputies responded to the 1000 block of Main Street in Scranton to investigate an assault. Charges are pending further investigation.

A deputy was dispatched to the 400 block of East Hager Street in Grand Junction to retrieve a package that was delivered to the right address, but the recipient did not live at that location.

Friday, May 13th

A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department and the Jefferson Fire Department with a structure fire at 300 South Wilson Street in Jefferson.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
