The Jefferson City Council will meet tonight.
The Council is expected to approve the 2016 fiscal year budget amendments, following a public hearing.
The Council will then consider for approval an appointment to the Jefferson Fire Department, raising the minimum grave space from $400 to $500, a letter of support for a National Park grant application, amending the hotel-motel tax distribution policy and setting a public hearing for an amendment to the urban renewal area.
There will also be a quarterly meeting with Jefferson Matters: Main Street.
The meeting will be at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers.
