cate bryanThe second of two candidates hoping for the Republican party’s nomination for Dallas County Auditor says there are three reasons why she’s running for office.

Cate Bryan lives in Waukee and says Dallas County needs to lead by more than just population growth.

“Since Dallas County is the fastest growing county in the state, I believe that we need to lead by example and embrace technology that’s built to sustain efficient and effective (election night) results.  And then second, communication and cooperation are two key, essential tools necessary to complete and fulfil all the necessary functions of the auditor’s office.  And then third, leadership at its core is focused by serving others first and between my role in working in (Senator Joni Ernst’s) constituent services and working with clients with Northwestern Mutual, all of those experiences have culminated in preparing me for that very exciting role of auditor.”

Bryan faces Julia Helm in the Republican primary on June 7th.  Stay tuned to the Raccoon Valley Radio network for more information on our local candidates leading up to the election.
