Farmers’ markets in Perry will kick off shortly but if you’d like to sell your wares at the weekly event, there are still opportunities available.
It’s hosted by the Perry Chamber and Executive Director Bob Wilson says is something residents and visitors really enjoy.
“We have a solid slate of vendors at this time but like anything we have room, we’ll make room to grow. And that’s the whole idea behind this farmers’ market, to give people the opportunity to have very easy access to good, fresh produce, baked goods, and then the crafts and other stuff on the side just kind of make it fun to go down there.”
The markets start June 9th and run through September from 4-7pm at the Perry Marketplace, located near Caboose Park and the Raccoon River Valley Trailhead.
