An Ogden teen faces drug charges following Thursday morning’s incident in Greene County.

Sheriff Steve Haupert says three deputies responded to a report of two vehicles in the ditch, following a party, at 5:21am at the 2400 block of 180th Street. During the investigation, the driver of one of the vehicles, 18 year-old Dawnece Lynn Leichliter of Boone, was cited for failure to maintain control. Her passenger, 19 year-old Talon David Church of Ogden was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a Class D Felony; an aggravated misdemeanor for his second offense for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor for unlawful possession of prescription drugs.

Church was booked and released from the Greene County Jail.
