Nearly two years after Guthrie Center mother, Sheriff’s office dispatcher and softball enthusiast Darci Fuller suddenly passed away, the community is still paying tribute to her.

A ceremony was held at the Guthrie Center little league softball field Wednesday evening to dedicate a large rock, donated by the Paul Clark family, in Fuller’s honor.

Guthrie Center head softball coach Tim O’Brien and Superintendent Steve Smith spoke in remembrance of Fuller.

The ceremony was attended by many family friends and student-athletes Fuller had coached over the years.
