Brian Eugene Hodges, age 34 of 28925 360th St., Booneville was arrested on warrants for leaving the scene of an accident and driving while under suspension.
Ramiro Rodriguez, age 49 of 823 W 5th St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for being a fugitive from justice.
Benjamin Marcus Teachout, age 46 of 1422 Mulberry St., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charge of Theft 1st degree.
Dan Aaron Applegate of 16611 335th Place, Earlham reported identity theft.

Joseph William White, age 35 of 3500 Quincy St., New Virginia was arrested at 3800 Grand Ave., West Des Moines, for Driving while under the influence.
John Phillip Harrington, age 42 of 590 SE Whitetail Lane, Waukee was arrested for Assault.
Austin Dewayne Hiddleson of 103 s. 1st St., Dawson was traveling east in the 13500 block of 130th St., when his vehicle struck the front end of Michael John Nelson of 208 Walnut Ave., Woodward. Hiddleson stated that he was following a semi and trailer that was creating a large cloud of gravel dust behind it and said he did not see Nelson’s vehicle traveling west on 130th St. Both Drivers were offered medical treatment but refused transportation by the Dallas County EMS. Estimated damage to Hiddleson’s vehicle is $2000.00 and Nelson’s is $2000.00. Hiddleson was cited for failing to yield half of the roadway and operating without registration.
