A groundbreaking ceremony will take place today for the new Lincoln Savings Bank branch in Adel.

The new, full-service location will be complete with a drive through and ATM on the northeast corner of Greene Street and Nile Kinnick Drive.

Branch Manager Tim Canney says “This is just the first step to making this dream a reality for our Adel team and all of Lincoln Savings Bank.  We cannot wait to have a new beautiful building to work in and for our customers to enjoy every day with us.”

Construction on the new branch will begin late this year and the bank hopes to open in early 2017.  Lincoln Savings Bank has had a location in Adel for two and a half years and are moving to better accommodate their customers after experiencing “exponential growth and continued success.”
