A fugitive on the loose from Fort Des Moines is believed to be in Stuart.
The Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office says authorities have surrounded a house in the 300 block of North Main Street and are looking for fugitive Joseph LeClaire. Residents are asked to avoid the area.
