Jasmine FlukerA Jefferson woman was arrested on Tuesday on drug charges.

According to the police report, 29 year-old Jasmine Tranae Fluker was arrested at 9:27am in the 100 block of West State Street on a warrant charging her for a serious misdemeanor for possession of meth and a simple misdemeanor for possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges stem from an executed search warrant in the 500 block of South Walnut Street on March 2nd.

As an officer was arresting her, she was searched for weapons on her person and the officer discovered a small baggy of what appeared to be a crystallized powder. A substance field test was performed and it tested positive for meth. Fluker was additionally charged with another serious misdemeanor for possession of meth.

She was booked and released from the Greene County Jail.

Fluker was the second suspect involved from the executed search warrant. Thirty-seven year-old Joseph Ross Jabaay was arrested on Saturday, June 25th on two warrants for a Class D Felony for his third or subsequent offense for possession of meth and a simple misdemeanor for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked and released from the Greene County Jail.
