Janier Puente pitched 5 strong innings to earn the win Tuesday night as Perry defeated Grinnell 4-2 in non conference baseball.  Alexis Garrido earned the hold while Alex Long picked up the save tossing 2 scoreless innings. Perry jumped out to a 2-0 lead and scored single tallies to 2 other innings to secure the victory.  Kade Van Kirk, Puente, Kyle Nevitt and Adan Medina all scored the Perry runs.

Perry improves to 10-17 on the season and will host Kuemper in non conference action Thursday night at the PAC.
