A Tennessee Man has died from his injuries after rolling his semi rig on Interstate 80 westbound near the Casey exit last month.

As we reported,  The Iowa State Patrol says that 61 year old Charles Delk, of Pulaski, Tennessee, was injured when he lost control of his rig on the morning of June 24th. The trailer detached from the truck, before both tipped and came to rest in the north ditch. The trailer came to rest on its left side and the truck came to rest on its top. Delk was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the collision.

Stuart Rescue transported Delk to Mercy Hospital in Des Moines where he later passed away.
