Dallas County Conservation reported that the maintenance room door to a building at 916 Redfield St., Redfield had been pried open. Nothing was taken but there was extensive damage to the door and frame.
Richard Roberts of 2510 Brookview Ct., Van Meter was traveling in the 29000 block of 360th when a vehicle ahead of him struck a deer and it threw the deer into his car causing damage to the front of his vehicle. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $8000.00.
