Time is running out to donate items for the Back to School Supply Drive in Jefferson.

New Opportunities is partnering again with Jefferson Telecom to provide needed school supply items for those less fortunate children.

Items that are needed include new backpacks; number two pencils; red, blue and black ink pens; glue sticks; wide-ruled spiral notebooks; loose-leaf wide ruled paper; 16 count crayons and washable markers.

Donations will be accepted until August 1st at Jefferson Telecom. New Opportunities will then collect the items and distribute them to children in need.
