A heads up to anyone who wanted to attend Tuesday’s hunter education class at the Forest Park Museum in Perry, registration is now closed.
If you did not yet sign up, the class is full and not accepting any more participants.
There are classroom courses coming up August 10th in Des Moines, August 16th in Jefferson, August 23rd in Ames and August 25th and 27th in West Des Moines.
As a reminder, anyone who was born since 1972 that plans to hunt needs to complete an education course before getting their license.
