Ian Leif Minnihan, age 20 of 1910 52nd Stg., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-probation violation-original charge of theft.
Zachary Crawford, age 27 of 2110 Grand Ave., West Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
Crystal Lynn Cosner, age 25 of 456 E Hillside Ave., Perry was arrested in the 20000 block of Highway 141 for possession of a controlled substance.
