One of the key building blocks for any team in any sport, at any level is the experience that makes it’s way back each year in returning players.

In the case of the 2016 ADM Volleyball team, that returning experience is ever so crucial as head coach Mary Beth Scott finds a unique blend of upperclassmen with almost half a squad worth of freshmen. Taking a look at the make up of her team with another winning season in mind, one of coach Scott’s big points of emphasis is building around that core experience of players.

Just a shade over two weeks away from their first match up of the season giving plenty of time for coach Scott to build off that core experience to bring forth yet another winning season here in 2016. The first match up will be the Newton Invitational August 23rd in Newton beginning at 4:30 pm.
