Greene County Medical Center now offers services at their new Women’s Health Clinic.

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Valerie Martin is the provider. Services that she’ll provide include annual exams and testing for women, urinary tract and vaginal infections; urinary incontinence; menopause management; pelvic pain management; pap smears and more.

The transition away from offering obstetric services at the medical center ended August 1st when the new Women’s Health Clinic opened. Martin has worked at the medical center since 2009 and also served as a midwife for over 80 births.

She is originally from Nebraska are earned her bachelor’s in science in nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She also has a master’s degree and nursing and midwife certification from the University of Cincinnati, along with her post master’s certificate.

There will be a meet and greet with Martin in her new location on the A Level during the medical center’s open house on September 22nd.
