The Perry City Council will meet in regular session Monday.
Items on the agenda include a resolution adopting the proposed plan for the Perry Urban Revitalization Area, a possible closed session to discuss pending litigation, approval of a preliminary plat for the Dale Erickson subdivision and approval of Bock grant applications for the parks and recreation department and the Perry Public Library.
The Council will then approve the first readings of ordinance amendments in regards to designating the area for the Urban Revitalization Area and setting a no parking zone on 17th Street.
The meeting takes place at 6pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.
