The new Perry branding will be in full force tonight and tomorrow during the fall launch of the sports season.

The Perry public will have their first opportunity to check out the new, renovated weight and fitness room at Perry High School tonight when the Jayette volleyball team host St Edmond at the Sports Pavilion.  Fans will have a chance to look in and see the state of the art improvements made over the summer months to the widely used fitness room.

“We likely have started a war of facilities with these recent renovations,” added Perry Activities Director Tom Lipovac.  “When we opened our new gym several years ago, all of a sudden there was a run of brand new gyms in our conference.  We’re expecting that same type of response once again with this.”

As first reported on Raccoon Valley Radio news, the renovations included a new synthetic performance surface, along with field turf, new equipment and sound system along with a whole new branding image.

“As people walk by our sports hallway, they will have an opportunity to look in through the windows and see all of the improvements.  Through the years, we have always heard positive comments from other coaches and officials about how impressive our space was in the fitness room.  This is a total upgrade to best use all of that space and we are very proud of it.  There was a lot of hard work put into it and great community support financially.  We hope it brings out significant results for our student athletes.”
