The West Central Valley football team is preparing for Friday’s season opener against AC/GC. Head coach Eric Addy says his team is gonna focus on doing their own thing. “We’re just going to focus on our jobs and our assignments, and whatever anybody decides to throw at us we should be able to align on it defensively. Adjusting defensively is going to be the hardest part. Offensively, we’re just going to do what we do and as soon as we find out the coverage, we’ll go from there.”

Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday night.
