Another fundraiser is scheduled for tonight to help make repairs to the Grand Junction Pool.

A spaghetti supper and bingo night will be held at the community center this evening. The meal will be served from 5 to 7pm for a free-will donation and bingo will start at 6pm. All proceeds will go to the swimming pool repairs.

Committee member Jan Scharingson says they raised $15,000 during the Lincoln Highway Fun Day event in July. So far, they’ve raised $43,000 of the $150,000 needed to repair the pool. Another fundraiser for the pool is also taking place at the Wild Rose casino parking lot with Cookies Barbecue. That event is happening from 10am to 5pm today.
